trying to play an old video file

ive found an old CD with a couple of videos on im wanting to watch but i just get this error 'Windows Media Player C00D1199'

when i right click propertys to find out the file type, thair just called file but there 40mb ish so i know thair there

can anyone help me please?

On iPhone at the mo but that refers to what is called a codec that reads the video file in simple terms and you are missing it. Rather that look for the one you are missing just use the link to install them all so it will work.
