Tracking settings

Could anybody tell me the tracking settings for my 2006 197?
I have the equipment to do it but no figures to set it to

Edit: forgot to say the car is lowered if this makes a different to the figures

If the car is lowered you'll be running some more neg camber as it squats down.

yes if you lower it can give more front toe-out....

Where can I find the standard alignment settings? I'll be having mine done soon and I don't trust the tyre places to do it properly, they would probably just use the settings from a non sport.

That's highly unlikely,

I would question why you are takin it there if you have no trust in them.

They will either use the sport setting or extreme pack setting depending on chassis.
