The 197 and -5 degree's

Was bloody cold this morning, to the point the rear window inside was iced up! :glare: Anyway, went to reverse down my drive & the bloody breaks had locked on!

Has anyone else had this problem? Im not having a nice time with the 197 atm, just feels like she keeps having problem after problem!

Firstly the horrid braking issues, then my headlights going ape after the cambelt fit & now I couldn't even drive my car to work! :jumpon:

Will it ever stop?

Might be that ice had formed around the pads/discs and froze them together?

I had to leave her and get a lift to work. Really had to give her some to get anywhere but still binding like a bugger! Was fine at lunch, just not ideal lol

There's another thread on this. Hot water on your rear brakes should free them up. Then give them a strip and clean to stop it happening again.
