i took my car out today and while creeping out of a stop/give way on a really steep bank the car began to make a load grinding/rubbing noise from what sounded like the rear end. i thought it was the defuser or a wheel arch liner or something had fallen off.
it must have been something touching a wheel as it was on-off-on-off-on-off, as the wheel rotated.
i pulled over straight away and had a good look and couldnt see anything. once past 10mph it stopped. the car drove perfect.
it did it again maybe a mile later then after i stopped to look again it seemed to go away.
i noticed alot of debris like leaves etc in the defuser vents but couldnt see anything obvious rubbing anywhere.
anyone got any sugestions?
i will have a proper look next week as my new suspension should be here soon so i need to strip it down anyway.
