Do a search for a thread called 'spacer info' if you're looking for details.

German eBay is the cheapest place for H&R, cheapest uk place is Larkspeed.

Or you could buy the 19mm ones from Ktec.

Hi mate, from performance direct in Barnsley. I'm sure they'd post. If not, I'll buy an post them if they won't post. At your cost obviously you'd just have to get a price for them to post as it may be more expensive than other places.

I can reccomend the K-tec 19mm spacers, look ace on the car, and only £120 ish for all 4!
