"Safety" nuts/bolts

Wanted to buy "safety nuts/bolts" for my rims but don't have an idea which to get or where to look :confused1: are the standard bolts M12x1,5?

For black wheels i've bought TPI bolts in black with safety.

Does anyone know what the length of the standard wheel bolts are? I've seen both 26mm & 30mm. Cheers

Do they do locking ones too ?

What's locking stand for? It's just got corner of 60 degrees, no washer on it (bought them for aftermarket wheels)
