Right hand drive/Left hand drive? please help!

Hello again guys. I want to buy an induction kit for my left hand drive r27.
The only induction kits i found are for the right hand drive cars.I recently saw a picture of a right hand drive car engine and it seeems to be similar with the left hand drive one.
Anyone could help me with some further details? Also a photo with the right hand drive engine it will be for big help.Thanks guys
