Can anyone tell me if servicing is included in the 4+ package when you dont take the car on finance?

I believe it's four years free servicing or 48000 miles which ever is the soonest - it comes as part of the price you pay for the car nothing to do with any finance deal

It depends when the car was ordered now.

Anythjng ordered since 2nd Jan 2014 doesn't come up servicing unless on PCP or you pay the one off fee.
