Remove panoramic sunroof

hi everyone

I have a small leak on my panoramic roof - it’s not the drains which leads me to think part of the seal has gone.

YouTube hasn’t delivered so I wondered if anyone knew how to remove the panoramic roof and put a new seal on.

where's the leak? I had some water in the front footwell, turned out the drain fell out of the little rubber gromit that leads it through the wheelarch so the water drained down into the cabin
