Refuel Acces door

Problem with refuel acces door cant open it couse pin is locked! Already tried lock and unlock car several times and nothing happens...is it possible to unlock door with some mechanical rod from baggage? Car is Clio sport 197

there isnt a pull-ring...see page 2 - you have to manually lift the servo motor arm...
