Rear Lights on 197

Hi all, i am wondering if i can fit those rear lights on my 197 ?

I think they look better than the original 197.

i think they fit but there no fog light in them, the basic model clio these are off had there fog at the bottom of the bumper, thats why the 200 came with the same lights as the 197.

Also i think its as theres no reflectors in those as the they were on the bumper too
