Rear Caliper Adjust

Anyone tell me, in simples terms, how to wind back the rear caliper pistons and re-set handbrake after changing the pads? I've tried to do a search but I do not seem to be able to find what i'm after, it's probably because I'm old and infirm.:bash:

once the pads are replaced and the pistons wind-back fully the handbrake shouldnt need adjusting assuming it was adjusted the correct way in the first place...

A cheap way to wind the pistons back is to use a G-Clamp and a folded piece of rough sandpaper.
wind very slowly and it will push and wind the piston
