RB 182 wheels, paint question.

Mates got a RB 182 and wants white wheels.
We are going to do them ourselves to see if he likes them before filling out on powder coating.
Anyway.
He wants more of a satin white as he doesn't like the glossy look.
We are finding it hard to find satin white paint. Does anyone have any ideas?
Or even ideas on making gloss white paint look satin but still looking like a quality professional finish?

You could look at the product i used on my wheels called Plasti dip. It's non permanent so if you don't like you can peel it off.
It comes out as a Matt finish but you can apply stuff such as lacquers to it. They also do a shine coating on their site that you can layer.
Have a look on their site, not sure if it's exactly what your looking for but you never know.
