Radio replacement, which patch lead for this radio?

My Sony head unit has decided to die, so I've been looking at this: http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/in-phase-...th-sdusb-aux-in-rds-line-out-face-off-4-r52lz
What patch lead is needed between this type of radio arse and CTSRN005 stalk control adaptor? I'm thinking the Chinese style CTBOSSLEAD, but i don't honestly have a clue.
Help would be appreciated.
