whats the best air intake system for the 197's performance wise i was thinking keeping standard intake system but with pannel filter? is there better or is this going to be best way i mean... renault are going to know the best stuff for there cars surely!?

Apparenty mate any aftermarket full intake system reduces power.
Most people buy a panel filter (ITG/K&N) or use the intake system off the v6 clio.

Im using the standard Renault air-box with an ITG panel filter.

The only other air-box / filter that i have looked into is the V6 air-box. But you have to relocate the battery for this to fit.

well ive already got k and n cleaning kit from the old diesel clio filter so may aswell go panel filter k and n cheers people!

Just stick with the standard one dude. Save your cash and get an itg panel filter would be my advice.

Spend the money elsewhere on a nice ultra racing brace
