Whats the plate called behind the inlets (sorry for the crap description), I want to buy another one and get it powder coated along with inlets...

thats the cam cover

No, it is bolted on to the cam cover, and is much smaller. It is some kind of breather and goes to unit clipped onto the UIM in front of the TB

It is an oil decanter according to the ever efficient Karl, and it does have a gasket.

it used to be a emmission breather on the the old 172/182 into the plenum, on the 197/200 they shortened the plenum and blanked off the breather.

A pipe comes out of the back of it and routes around to the big round thing that clips onto the inlet manifold.
