A few weeks ago a mate of mine bought a Pearl White Clio 200.
This car really needed a detail, so he asked me to bring it back to a "Beauty".
This is how it looked like, when I saw the car first time:
Stickers and adhesive residues were found everywhere.
So I started with a good hand wash...
...and tried to remove the heavy dirt and moss (or whatever) with an All Purpose Cleaner:
Then I looked at the paint again.
There were some defects and tar and so on...
I took these two "friends"...
...and removed all stickers from the bodywork and windows.
And also the sidebars lost their foliation.
Then it was time for the Magic Clean clay.
Thus, a lot of dirt was removed.
After that, I polished the car (unfortunately I had made no pictures in the meantime).
Therefore I used the 3M 09374 Polish at first, and then the 3M Perfect-it III 09376 Polish.
Then I chose the Dodo Juice Diamond White for waxing the car.
Of Course all windows were cleanded and the plastics detailed with Koch Chemie Plast Star.
The damaged wheels shouldn't worry me.
Here I fitted a set of new wheels, which the owner had brought.
The interior (a very dirty place on earth!) has been cleaned and maintained with an All Purpose Cleaner and Koch Chemie Refresh Cockpit Care; and that's it.
Here are some finishing pics:
(Unfortunately only with my mobile phone camera and not such a nice weather...)
And one picture trying to show the gloss of the paintwork:
Overall, I needed about 40 hours.
Hope you enjoyed.
