If you've bought a Clio RS - its unlikely its "just a get to work car". Your likely to be interested, petrol-passionate and the car somewhat of a hobby........

BUT: What else do you get upto when the cars broken, in the garage or your waiting for spares to arrive

Hobbies / collections / interest's. What takes up your free-time ?

****We all love pics too

I am a developer so I design Public Service systems and in my own spare time, I write seshpicker.com but that's just a side hobby to hone my dev skills.

Another hobby of mine is the gym or playing games on the PC. ☺

I'd like to convert my car to a track only car and buy an estate for day to day use but I'm saving for a deposit for a house at the moment. Sacrificing everything in life apart from food bills and car maintenance.

Well since moving into my own pad it seems to be cleaning, hoovering, tidying, washing up, then falling asleep...

seriously though, dog walking, cycling, like getting into new tv series (game of thrones atm, it's awesome)... Also really enjoy cooking, experimenting with new dishes and making things from scratch...

Nice idea for a thread! What are your own hobbies/interest sevenfourate?

My own aren't particularly glamorous and I find less time to pursue many of them since the birth of my son. I don't grudge this though as the little guy has pretty much the centre of my world since he was born 18 months ago now...alongside my wife for longer (I add hurriedly just in case she's looking over my shoulder). So now I have a whole new level of interests and these include visiting every park and national trust property within a 50 mile radius, visiting various animal orientated places - farms, aquariums etc, diggers, tractors, shouting excitedly when we see the aforementioned diggers/tractors, building blocks, driving cars on my knees across the floor, reading picture books, pretending to be animals, etc etc

When I am granted some man time; I enjoy car detailing, photography, film and cinema, going to live music events (something I've been passionate about for going on 17 years!), reading, going out with friends, playing sport, watching sport, the XBox One, travelling, UFC and a variety of other bits and pieces. I used to moderate a few car forums and pages in the past and was active in a lot of the car scene but I'm taking a bit of a back seat on this these days as it was terribly time consuming and, honestly, some of the car scene I find off putting these days - take Slamber City as my example.

MRizzle. Your a busy boy !!!

Golf ball collecting is my main hobby. All from one manufacture (Ping)....and all produced in the 1970's in Arizona,USA. Market in the UK is virtually zero. So me and my Dad who collect together have a "dealer" in the USA, who we send to after buying and he then forwards packages onto us. Some are extremely rare and it has been known to take months and 100's of emails to sort a deal depending on the circumstances how they appear for sale. Also buying from the USA involves me being up at all times of the night to communicate with sellers. I was a Professional for 15+ years; so thats where the interest / link comes from:

That's a rather epic looking collection sevenfourate! I attended uni at St. Andrews but never really tried to learn how to play the game until quite a number of years later. I guess that I was too busy with drinking, getting up to mischief and chasing American and Canadian girls - it certainly wasn't spent on focused study. It's fair to say that I am an awful golfer and haven't played for quite a while now as I just don't get the time. I'm fascinated to learn that you were a professional though!! How I could use your advice!!

That looks bloody awesome! You got like a cabinet of them all? If so pic of entire cabinet

Cheers guys.

Those pics are one package delivery (If not two) out of date.

I'll get a collective one tonight Chris [Pics come out better if taken at night under flash].

Gym, MTB - not too far away from Cannock Chase which makes for some awesome Saturday fun every few weeks, and currently busy sorting a mortgage and solicitors pending first house purchase! Not sure I'd class the last one as a hobby, but it's certainly taking up a LOT of my time in the past month

Pro golfer... That sounds like living the dream!!
Kudos for that.
I like watching Arsenal and drinking beer occasionally:clap::clap:
I have a wife and 2 kids so get no time for anything else of any interest to you guys.

Family is my number one hobby. My sister also lives here, she is married with 2 little ones so most of my spare time goes with them!

I'm a 36 year old single guy in London so socialising and partying is my number two hobby, has been for the last 20 years:smiley: Amazing how much you spend when you go out these days...not regretting it at the slightest though:wink:

Then it's travelling, cars, mountain biking, keeping fit, music, festivals, concerts (London is the place to be if concerts is your thing), reading, cooking.

I was looking into getting into photography but the gear is so expensive and I can't really justify it at the moment. Maybe when I'm older:smile:
