Not a good sound coming from engine!

When the car is still, there's a constant sound.. Anyone know?

Sounds like maybe the timing belt but not 100% sure. Any advice will be helpful!

Seen your vid, looks like you have a light fading in and out on the dash? Is that the handbrake light?
The light fading in and out could be low volts and such the noise is related to the alternator , aux belt. Have you lifted the bonnet and stuck your head in to narrow down where the noise is coming from?
