Each to their own and budget, better to do it properly with cheap gear than not at all.

Swissvax gear is very good imo but I use a mix of it and other stuff.

Try polished bliss free delivery to and they give you advise on how to use the products:thumbup1:

Some of the products i use on albi blue.

-zaino shampoo
-all purpose cleaner through foam gun
-bilberry on wheels
-megs endurance on tyres
-megs mitt
-blackhole (great for covering swirls on dark cars)
-poorboys QD
-poorboys wheel sealant
-zaino clay bar (QD for lube)
-for a cheap easy wax try colinite or dodo rainforest rub

i presume you wont want to be getting into a DA polisher just yet, though they are a must for a black car lol.

I get most of my products from detailing world and clean your car.

Ahh okay, yeah I would be looking to get one just not straight away, focus on getting the rest done good first also with a trip to American coming up the bank account isn't looking healthy

I would advise against a DA polisher having got a meg g220.

Buy a cheaper rotary one and get down the scrappers for a cheap bonnet and practice on it till you are confident.

I have the same and get nearly fully corrected results, the clio has quite soft paint.

Though now im quite confident i wouldnt mind moving up to a rotary.
