New Porsche GT3 Recall Job :)

Happy days for me today!
had a job come through to pick this up, it's brand new and obviously has been recalled kind of but not officially haha it's complicated but yeah back to the Porsche dealer for this one

Incredible in person! so much better can't wait to go in it if he gets it back and doesn't sell it

Asked for a full refund but Porsche said no, but are offering Carreras as hire cars when the owners send the GT3's to the dealers

Haha my parents own the equivalent to the AA/RAC on the Island

But no companies in the Europe have people working for them on the Island so we are the contractors for every company in Europe

So you're part of the AA and you drive over here on holiday or lived here and were part on the AA and broke down, you'd call them and say I've got a puncture or something and they send us the job

And we also have our own membership scheme and some of the Police work haha, and yeah that's about it haha

yeh I know they have a tendency to get hot just wondering if anyone has found out what is causing it and the cure ie 458 wheel arch liner glue

Im pretty sure sam will be gutted!, they've been using it "properly" since they collected it, can't imagine they will be happy to be handing it back for whatever length of time tbh

Thanks mate and good meeting you too! and nooo normally they go over themselves and pick it up but it'll be a long time for this one!

and yeah! He's only been allowed to drive it for a month! Been sitting in the garage since feb and he took delivery on the 1st of Jan!
once he got it they went straight to Spain for a track day etc and then tomorrow he was booked for oulten park and Spa in 2 weeks but all has been cancelled due to him not allowed to drive it and having to go to a dealer! Only done 3800miles but that's due to the Spain trip
