Hi all,
I'm Rob and have just purchased a very tidy 197. I've previously owned a 172 cup and a variety of other cars. Currently own a 2006 impreza set up for track and spirited use and an X5 to tow it with. I bought the clio with a view to using mainly on track.
Picked it up a couple of weeks ago so much fun! Going in tomorrow have front pads and brake fluid changed, engine and gearbox oil plus filters, new wheels and a set of AD08 put on. Trackday on Friday!
Future plans are to basically turn it into an even more capable track car. No doubt I will be looking for advice on the forum!

welcome along Rob..looks like the car has been modified a bit by the previous owner..
hope she serves you well and you enjoy many miles behind the wheel..

Thanks! Yes had a fair amount of money spent on it over the past couple of years especially on the mechanical side. Most recently a gearbox rebuild.
Have double posted so could a mod delete my other thread please. Great start
