I received an email earlier today, stating that my password had been succesfully changed!!
NOT GOOD!! anyone on here had the same today?? hopefully its playstation carrying out as standard and they will inform me of my new 'password' rather soon!!
Im absolutely gutted! I sent an email to customer relations etc, and they replied with, were very busy at the moment will get back to you!!
theyve obviously got the time to physically write an email back, so tell me wtf is going on!
