Motorbike Just Crashed Into Us - Its Back!!!!! :)

Is the motorcyclist being ok about it?

He gave all his details, but i think he is going to fight the blame. Even though it was all his fault.

The biggest pain in the arse about the whole thing is that this is going to put our insurance up, even though it was 100% non fault. Its only been 17 months since the last person crashed into us. :worried:

If he fights it, get his address posted and Im sure we can sort a road trip lmao!

I really feel for you mate, but I have seen a hell of a lot worse - new bumper, axle, shock and springs it will be perfect once again! I can understand what you are saying about the 'magic' being lost, but trust me after a time apart you will be itching to take it out and all will be forgotten!!!

That is well bad dude :worried::worried::worried::worried:

Motorcyclist was without a shade of doubt to blame for that.

It REALLY annoys me when they do the weaving in and out business.

What a chump, another biker giving the rest a bad image.....

This is the second Gordini I've seen crash damaged in two weeks!

Hope you get it back to a state your happy with.

How can he contest this!? You should sue him for whip-lash and a back injury, get every last penny from him in compensation possible. :bat:

The fact is mate, if he can't stop in time behind you he is either 1) driving too close to you, or 2) driving too fast!

Have you contacted the police? I'm really angry now, your poor car!
What a :whatever:

It is actually heart wrenching seeing such a pornographic car in that state.

After he has been bum raped and drained of funds and flattened in our club bashing session, I'm sending him off to North Korea for a decade on a hard labour camp.

I need ULTRA angry eyes now!

Absolutely he is at fault. Thanks again guys, you have made me smile.

I suggested that he was at fault at the roadside and he said "Well, you shouldnt admit fault" or words to that effect.

LOL, admission of guilt that is in itself!!!!!!!!!!!

my old insurance company told me not to admit gilt if I ever crashed and made me say it over the phone!! (quinn direct).

I'm gutted about your car mate you where so happy with it too! please keep us up to date! if needs be get yourself to an accident management company who will fight your side (we did when someone ploughed in to my girlfriend) they did things we didn't even know you could do which helped something shocking!!

210% his fault. he impacted on your RR 3\4.
what damage to his ****-box?
hope his ride is trashed.

I have 2 side repeater covers that ended up trashed on the floor from his bike. Looks very expensive and covered in chrome. Which is now scratched to bits.

Nightmare. At least no one is hurt and insurance will take care of the rest. I worked in car claims for a national insurer for a few years and would say that you shouldn't have any bother claiming. Make sure you get a half decent courtesy car!!

At least the rear quarter isn't damaged, a freshly painted new rear bumper should be fine, as should new suspension, it will be 101% when done.
