Probably because it's a Public forum where people can upload anything and you the member can download anything from the site.

It is nearly as bad as McAfee!!!!

Microsoft Security Essentials if you want something free or NOD32 if you want to pay for something (never had a virus EVER as in 3-5 years with it turned on).
