Manchester manifold fitting??

Hi guys,

Got a replacement manifold (standard 197 one) as mine was knackard. Anyone know anyone who can help me / fit it for me in the manchester area asap, for as cheap as poss!!
Not been able to drive it in nearly 2 weeks, starting to miss it now!!
