Well you can kind of run whatever the hell you want within reason, seems that most go for about a et45 in a 7.5j wheel 55 in a 8j and so possibly 35 in a 7j.
There are a few useful wheel offset calculators online if you want to work it out and see the results in comparison to oem wheels which are ET68 and 7.5j.
I have some ET55 8J wheels and would go any further as with 225 sections tyres on they can already catch on the edge of the wheel arch ( need some camber
).
