Lowering this car?

At the meet everyone questioned if I had spacers. The offset is wider on my wheels and was told lowering would be a no go. But I do want to lower it.

Here's the front and back wheels. To help give an idea?

Where can I take it also to get lowered? I'm in Basildon.

I still think/hope there's loads of space for that 30mm drop

what offset are the wheels?? they look like they stick out a fair bit.

so whilst you probably do have room to lower it 30mm, as soon as the suspension compresses its likely to make the wheel catch on the front wing.

which at least would cause a damaged wing or worse, rip the whole thing off!

I think I need to go back to the wheel shop that sold me these. Lowering might be a problem. :eek:

Lowering will only drop the top in and will have a big camber, looks like you need wheels with smaller offset tbh if you don't have spacers

I could be wrong but I think they would be an MOT failure as they stick out past the edge of the wheel arches....
