Lowering Springs Vs Standard Springs

HI Guys,

I was wondering if anyone had the specification for the standard 197 suspension, things like damping ratio etc so i can compare them to aftermarket springs before purchasing. The reason why i ask is that i have had some shocking lowering springs in the past with previous cars.

alternatively if anyone has any feedback or recommendations on springs that they have chosen already please let me know!
