I was ready to have the cat fitted back into place on my 200 cup due to a resonating noise at around 3000rpm whihc was driving me nuts thinking the decat was to blame...
A set of ramps later, exhaust mount check - all good. Dropped the rear defuser only to find about two hand fulls of stones trapped between the defuser and the large heat shield which I assume I picked up on my jaunt over in North Wales. I didn't want to disturb the tiny wing nuts holding the heat shield in place so carefully picked them out one by one. Slid the defuser into place, two bolts and washers later and hey presto the clio is back on form sounding as good as ever! Taking my time the job took me about 45 minutes. The joy of new car ownership!
