KTR C3RS

Just going through my service history in more detail and noticed that my 197 had a KTR C3RS DE-CAT fitted at k-tec, what is this? is this good news?

You've either had the main cat removed, or a y-pipe welded onto the manifold where the pre-cat is. Either way your exhaust will be a bit louder and it will perhaps exacerbate the flat spot without a remap, but nothing to worry about.
