Is this a standard engine mount?

Looks remarkably like Powerflex purple...
And the mounting bolts don't align with the factory paint marks. But one of the OEM part numbers on the bracket say "violet" so perhaps it's as standard.

What say you?

Many thanks.

I have a manifold flexi to repair/replace so want to sort out the engine mounts beforehand. I know there are a million threads on engine mounts but what is the collective wisdom if I just want to protect the manifold without increasing NVH?

Collective wisdom and personal experience is install the upper and lower stabilizer/torque mounts. Gearbox mount is optional and won't make any difference in protecting your manifold. Upper engine insert is to be AVOIDED.

(RECOMMENDED)
Upper Torque - https://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-se...Upper+Engine+Mount+Torque+Arm+Bush/11168.html
Lower Engine Insert - https://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/product-details/Lower+Engine+Mount+Insert/11148.html

(OPTIONAL)
Gearbox - https://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/product-details/Gearbox+Mounting+Bush+Insert/11578.html

(AVOID)

ETA: In theory, installing just the lower engine mount should protect the manifold - although I dont remember reading any threads where anyone has done that, without installing the upper torque arm too. You could always give it a try and start with the lower only, if the desired result is achieved leave it at that. If you change your mind later, the upper torque arm is quite an easy DIY and just requires the bonnet open (no need for ramps/jacks/access to underside of car etc.)

Is that critical to the manifold?
Ive seen clios with 100+ and one nearly 140 km and none of them had any problem with the manifold.
Didnt realize its that important and make difference

I wouldn't say it's critical, however it's a good preventative measure - for the overall cost inc parts and fitting it's well worth doing knowing that you are providing some protection to the mani. As you say though, I'm sure there are a lot of cars that don't have these mounts and are just fine
