iphone 4 transferring contacts?

If its from another iphone just sync your phone to itunes then sync your new iphone 4 to itunes and hey presto!

You have to create a backup in itunes (right click the phone icon and name on the left hand side bar)

When you plugin a new iphone or activate it, it will ask if you want to restore a backup to that phone before use. Select the latest one and that's it.

While we're on this subject I'd love to know how to get the contacts off my 3GS onto my iPad, anyone know how?

jonesy there is no better phone on the market. get one. im gunna take sum pictures and post them so u can see it in all its glory.

Apparently you can do it through itunes. there is a box to tick to sync your contacts

but it wil only sync them with outlook and my contacts arnt there lol
