hi, any headunit that has an OEM control input or wired input will work with your car. We sell the connects2 adaptor and have had it working with pioneer, alpine, zenec, kenwood etc without any problems. its a can-bus adaptor and comes in at £50 inc the relevant lead for the stereo of your choice. some new units also support a display output but to be honest your new stereo and its display is fine, all it will display when the original unit is removed is 'renault' which is no bad thing.
we have the alpine d106r headunit and its the nuts with the bluetooth adaptor. will be adding the freeview and sat nav shortly, works great with the stalk controls.
