think phil has em in his trophy mate, they clip into the seat belt i think then into the back of his recaros.

Hmm.... Into the seat belt? A mate wants fit some you see but without drilling!

yeah ask him about it, i could be wrong but the male bit what you pull down and clunk click in goes behind the seat and click into harnesses that has a female end behind the seat through the recaro holes.

he then had 2 harnesses that clip together but don't go between your knackers i think he said.

could be completely wrong but i think he has.

what type of harness dude i put one in mine for trackdays using the existing bolt holes?

are they 3 point or 4 point?

For the rear mounting point you can use the existing rear seatbelt anchor points or maybe the isofix mounting points.

Just use OEM seatbelt anchor points for front two mounting points - replace OEM bolts with eye bolts or something similar.
