Grey spot marks on 197 F1 vinyl graphics

I have a blue 197 F1 with vinyl special edition bits. Over time, they're getting more and more marked by grey spots, which I'm finding increasingly difficult to buff out. Does anyone have any idea what product I could use to clean them properly and protect them for the future? I've used Autoglym vinyl care, but that's not working

It greatly depends on what the grey spots are, could you be more elaborate?
Rubber and vinyl care is water based, so will easily wash off.
