Anybody backing a horse for the Grand National? I know nothing of horses so have just picked 3 to see how it goes.

A mate of mine who goes racing alot gave me these two tips for the national, so a few each way bets will be going on tomoz!!

The horses he tipped are:

I aren't a fan of horse racing - don't really see the point. You could do donkey or snail racing along the same principles.

It's not like anyone wants there horse to die, these horses are worth 1000s of pounds. The ladt the the owner wants is a dead horse. Theres a possability of loss of life in any fast sport, would you say the same about F1 if someone was killed today? No doubt the rider of Ballabriggs will be fined for excessive use if his whip.

These animals are born and bread with the sole purpose of racing. It's in there genes. What else would you do with it? It'd be like a cow that doesn't produce milk or beef. No point.
