Exhaust tips

Hi sorry I'm new to the forum and pick up my 197 on Friday . Hopefully. Just a quick question about exhausts . Why are some of the tips slanted and level with the angle of diffuser and some stick out with the round tail pipe showing . I know the unrated ones as they are much bigger but seen 197s with small shiny pipes and ones slanted and hidden ? Thanks

Standard 197 has slash cut tips flush with the diffuser
Standard 200 has trims on the diffuser surrounding the exhaust exits

some people upgrade their exhaust system hence the diff shape of the tail pipes...or you can get some tips ...

Renault did sell chrome renault sport engraved bolt on tips for the 197 exhaust as an optional extra so they weren't hidden in the diffuser

Will see if I can find the thread. Anything mounted to a moving part can rattle....
