Thanks mate the settings were:
Shooting mode: AV
Shutter speed: 15secs
ISO:100
Focal length:25.0mm
White balance mode:tungsten
I also used a tripod to the keep the camera steady.

Thanks everyone, I simply had my camera on a tripod had the camera on a 20sec shutter speed. I also had it on the countdown timer so i had chance to get in the car wait for it to start taking the pic waited 10sec and drove off. Hope that helps
