Engine Managment Light

Another question becoming a right Clio Geek now and loving it..

My Engine Management Light comes on for a few weeks at a time and then goes off again took it into Renault and they couldnt find the problem. Came back on this week initially thought it was the Janspeed Exhaust system but found a few modifications added by the previous owner which would of stopped the air intake which we then thought may be the problem.

Does any body know when or how this light will turn off.? Tryed a soft reset to the system but nothing changed..

try changing the airbox back first as induction kit really restrict the engine.

anyone have a how to on removing induction kit and replacing with standard air box?

i would say remove battery and battery covers/box that i think it should just clip in.

Yes, you need to remove the battery to get access to it.

Done on mine... Literally take the battery out and the back will clip in and everything's else is pretty self explanatory..
