Engine light

Hi guys!
I was looking for some help.
Yesterday I pushed a bit on my 197, and the temp was high, but not too high (the gauge didn't go past the centre mark)
When I was coming home, I had to drive really slow because of a "popular party" for a while because people were on the road. I was going about 10km/h at 900rpm. The check engine light blinked for a few seconds and then didn't come on again.
The fan turns on just fine, it's filled with coolant, but the oil level is at the minimum (it's coming around the time to change oil and filter so kind of normal I guess)
Do you think it happened just to "warn" that the car was not getting enough air to cool down because I was going so slow for a while, or do you think there's actually a misfire?

Thank uou!
