So no high revving Honda Type-R....

Considering the turbo route, not a good sign for Renault, but then I guess N/A is dead!

Earlier in the year in Jap Performance they had an article on a very special Honda CR-Z but can't remember whether it was Honda or Mugen who commissioned a US Tuner to fettle with the hybrid CR-Z and apart from making it look and handle even better, he got over 500BHP from the engine using a supercharger and also improved the fuel economy to an amazing level while running in eco mode.

Reading Auto Express earlier they also said that Honda didn't have any plans for a Type R. But that they would possibly consider it as we over here have the largest market for Civics???? apparently.

That's cos the btcc rules won't allow team to play about with n/a engines
