i kno this has probably been asked about a million times before but i cant find it, only got a few questions about the k-tec standard system decat

1. how hard is the decat to fit to a standard exhaust system?
2. does it sound much better on a standard system?
3. does ur mpg head south once u fit it?

I reckon you'd be better off just taking the middle silencer out as removing cat can create a rather large flat spot.

i have the main cat removed as aprt of the evolution system on my akrapovic and it pulls like a train

Removing the mid silencer also makes a pretty big flat spot at 2.5k

These car have 2 cats, one pre manifold and one after. You planning on just doing the post cat?

yeah k-tec sell a decat for a standard system for the post cat so was thinking about changing that but if it leaves a flat spot i dont think il bother....just keep my eyes open for a cheap exhaust
