Dealer compliant service scheduling.

Just a quick question guys.

Bought the car @ 33500k last August, and it was serviced / stamped by Stratstone before I took ownership - and the 'service due' indicator on the dash was reset also - would they have complied with the 36k mile service due to it being so close mileage / age wise?

I ask as I have a 12 month extended warranty with Stratstone and in order to comply with the warranty I need to stick to the service scheduling (which btw Renault quoted @ £380!)

It's got a stamp from Stratstone, but it doesn't specify the service. Just got a reply off them, it hasn't had the 36k done as it wasn't 'due' (even though it was only 3k miles and 6 months off).

TBH now the car is approaching the 5 year mark, i'm wondering whether to get the 72k mile service done (belts) combined with the 36k specifics.

I had my belts and everything else done the same on its fourth year
So you will be better of doing it that way and it's all done at once

Just been told usually you have 12k from the last service, so i'm going to wait another month or so and get it done with the belts at Birchdown, once I get a price off of them.
