Dashboard Facia removal

I've scratched the painted bit of dashboard that goes round the stereo, climate controls etc. I'm gonna get them resprayed so I need to remove them. Any know or have any picture on the process?

Piece of cake rich.
Remove stereo first.
Then remove strips either side(pull)

Get your fingers behind the stereo surround trim at the top left corner and pull(pretty hard)

It comes off from top down as its clipped behind at the bottom.


Goes on bottom first.

+1 im also doing this and painting centre console piano black, radio has to come out i know that...

pics after you do that please, i had the same idea, except maybe a more matt black like the oem air vent surrounds

i dont have to remove radio in my car? just pull the facia off

All 197/200's have to remove stereo first as facia goes slightly behind it at the sides of the stereo.
