My clio 197 do have normal headlights, and it is impossible to pass mot check here with aftermarket xenonlights without automatic headlight adjustment system which is standard in all xenon equipped cars by factory. So my question is do anyone have list of parts which have to be change? Or is there any "bolt-on" retrofit packages available.

Just my thinking:

-different headlight units
-Ballasts ?
-Axle sensors
-wiringloom

I don't think you can retro fit xenons. Most likely do to requiring a whole new loom.

Best you can do is fit a HID kit in projectors. The MOT thing is a bit of a touchy subject at the moment, but I asked the same question a couple of days ago. The simplist answer was, it depends on the garage but you could always just swap the bulbs back over for the mot purpose and then refit the HIDs again after.

I had HIDs on my old 197 and you just adjusted the lights with the existing jog wheel so you wouldnt require any rear axle senors.
