Clock surround removal

Hi,

does anyone know how to get the clock surround off on the top centre of the dash.

also what code/name the paint is for the silver fan vents?

Do you mean the dash top pod where the radio display is.?
Just pops out easy as anything. Front first.

The silver vents don't actually have a paint code.
The aluminium colour spray from halfrauds is near as damn it.

Are the vent surround easy to remove? My dealer said you have to take the dash apart I assume they just pull out?

the vent surround is the vent, i just pull mine and they come out!
not sure if thats right, but it works for me!

Yep the vent and surround are attached.
They just pull out of the dash.
Just get your fingers behind the surround.

How do i remove the screen from surround? Is it okay to unplug the screen and use the car as normal without any issues? Obviously i know i wont have a screen there.
