You'll have to get in touch with a few of the places that run the cup cars, it's start of season though, best time would probably be the end of a season.

According to Jeremy at Renault UK, you can buy them brand new from R-Sports in Wimbledon. But you will pay a lot more than you would for standard Speedlines.
