Clio 172 oil leak

hi every one

when i bought my ph1 there as a slight leak of engine oil barely noticed and it never used any so didn't think much about it really, but lately its becoming worse and worse

when you look in from the bonnet and have the inlets off the block is dry so i don't think its coming from anything top end but once you look below the filter/sump area its all sticky and oily. my thought was that maybe the sump gasket is on its last legs? has any one had the same problem in the past?
i took some photos not the best but its awkward to get into

what you really need to do is clean off all the oil first with/at a jet wash and then you will hopefully be able to pinpoint exactly where its coming from otherwise
its a bit of guess work looking at that!!!

I did that on the last oil chance and it seems to be running down from the front on the block if that helps?

well in that case...

sump gasket
oil filter
oil cooler/exchanger
head gasket
dip stick tube

to name a few

you need to wash it off and then have it up in tha air running to see where its coming from really

better take the front bumper off, wash the oil off first and see where it coming from.
