Cleaning WD-40 off tyres

Just wondering if car shampoo is strong enough to clean WD-40 off a tyre?

Would strike me as needing some sort of solvent. Not good for brake lubrication, wheels or possibly tyres though.

****Would think a REALLY strong fairy liquid (Other brands do exist) water mix might break it up......

Id be using IPA (isopropyl alcohol). Is what people use to remove wax from cars/plastics etc.
Good thing I bought some the other week! I was thinking about using it but wasn't sure if it was safe to use on rubber.

Tyres will be coming off the car, tried to be a smartarse and not cover the tyres when plastidipping, but it backfired big time :/

Ended up using fairy liquid and the pressure washer as I was in a rush this morning and it did the job pretty well.
